Retirement Plans
Labor Standards Act Retirement Plan:
Monthly contributions are made to the retirement reserve fund based on a certain percentage of the total salary amount, deposited into the Central Trust Bureau Retirement Fund Special Account.
Labor Retirement Pension Regulations:
The company's monthly contribution rate to the employee retirement pension shall not be less than six percent of the employee's monthly salary.

Salaries are periodically reviewed and adjusted based on the company's performance and individual performance evaluations. Bonuses such as year-end bonuses, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing are disbursed according to company management regulations.
