With over 30 years of experience in technology industry and Internet communications, James Wang has accumulated comprehensive industrial, academic and management experience. James has served as the CEO of Sercomm Corporation since 2000, and over the past 21 years, grew the company to a multi-billion dollar business at 22% CAGR. He steered Sercomm through significant market disruptions, achieving global leadership in networking equipment for broadband communications. In 2022 Asia’s Best Companies Poll by FinanceAsia, Sercomm was named the “Best Managed Company in Asia" and James was named the “Best CEO in Taiwan." Furthermore, James also received “2014 Entrepreneur of The Year Award” and "Strategy Excellence Paradigm Entrepreneur of The Year" by Ernst & Young. James was elected by board of directors as Chairmen and CEO in 2022. James Wang holds an MBA degree from Harvard University and an ME degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

With over 30 years of experience in technology industry and Internet communications, Ben Lin possesses professional technical background as well as vision for R&D innovation. Accumulated over 10 years experience in the Industrial Technology Research Institute and International Integrated Systems Inc., Ben joined Sercomm as one of the founders in 1992, leading the research team in developing various core technologies, including Internet communications software/firmware integration services and R&D of Internet Protocols, which later proved to be the foundation stone of Sercomm’s success as a leader in broadband telecommunications domain. Ben was appointed as President in 2022. Ben Lin holds an MS degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
