Sercomm Announces 4Q’21 and Year 2021 Financial Results
Taipei, Taiwan, 9th March 2022 - Sercomm Corporation (TWSE: 5388), a leading manufacturer of telecom and broadband equipment today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2021.
On consolidated basis, net revenue for the fourth quarter of year 2021 were NT$13.2 billion, which represents a 25% increase compared to NT$10.58 billion for the fourth quarter of year 2020. Operating profit for 4Q’21 was NT$450 million, which represents a 18% year-over-year increase over NT$380 million for 4Q’20. Net income attributable to owners of parent for 4Q’21 was NT$374 million, which represents a 24% increase compared to NT$302 million for 4Q’20. Based on 250 million weighted average shares, EPS was reported as NT$1.49 for the 4th quarter of year 2021.
Consolidated net revenue for 2021 were reported as NT$43.9 billion, which represents a 22% increase over NT$36.1 billion for year 2020. Operating profit for 2021 were NT$1.05 billion, which represents a 7% year-over-year decrease over NT$1.14 billion for 2020. Net income attributable to owners of parent for 2021 were NT$861 million, which represents a 5% decrease compared to NT$907 million for 2020. Based on 250 million weighted average shares, earnings per share (EPS) for year 2021 was reported as NT$3.44.
