2010 Net Income were NT$314 Million with 53% Year-on-Year Increase Taipei, Taiwan, 24th March 2011- Sercomm Corporation (TSE: 5388), a leading manufacturer of broadband and wireless networking equipments, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2010. 
On consolidated basis, net sales for 4Q'10 were NT$ 2.83 billion, which set company’s single quarter sales record. Income before tax and net income for 4Q’10 were NT$ 105 million and NT$ 81 million, respectively. Based on 168 million weighted average shares outstanding, earnings per share (EPS) were reported as NT$ 0.48 for the 4th quarter of 2010. Cumulatively, consolidated net sales for 2010 were NT$ 8.64 billion, which represents a 21.9% increase over NT$ 7.09 billion for year 2009. Income before tax for 2010 were NT$ 387 million, which represents a 50% year-over-year increase over NT$ 258 million for 2009. Net income for 2010 were NT$ 314 million, which also represents a 53.2% increase compared to NT$ 205 million for year 2009. Based on 168 million weighted average shares outstanding, EPS for year 2010 were reported as NT$ 1.88.
