Taipei, Taiwan, 7th January 2014 - Sercomm Corporation (TSE: 5388), a leading manufacturer of broadband and wireless networking equipments today announced consolidated net sales for December 2013 of NT$1.63 billion (US$54.41 million approximately), which represents a 19.6% year-over-year increase compared to NT$1.36 billion (US$45.48 million approximately) for the revenue of December 2012.  Net sales for the 4th quarter of 2013 was NT$4.8 billion (US$160 million approximately), which represents a 12.4% increase compared to NT$4.27 billion (US$142.32 million approximately) for the revenue of 4Q'12.

Cumulatively, consolidated net sales for year 2013 was NT$19.07 billion (US$635.81 million approximately), which represents a 1.01% year-over-year decrease compared to the revenue of NT$19.27 billion (US$642.27 million approximately) for year 2012.
