Sercomm CBSD to achieve “OnGo” certification on first ever certification wave
Achieving “OnGo” certification and FCC ID at this very early stage of CBRS echosystem development demonstrates Sercomm’s technology leadership and early commitment to the industry

Sercomm (TWSE: 5388), a leading manufacturer and supplier of telecom equipment, today announced successful achievement of “OnGo” certification for its CBSD submission on the heel of receiving FCC ID on first round of CBRS equipment certification wave. With the advantages of long successful TD-LTE based device development and deployment experience, Sercomm's full range of CBRS devices offer ideal solutions for applications including mobile network densification, Fixed-Mobile convergence, fixed wireless access and private LTE for both enterprise and Industrial IoT use.

To receive FCC certification, Sercomm devices were tested against 47 CFR Part 96. Part of this testing requires demonstrating that Sercomm CBSD correctly communicates with a Spectrum Access System (SAS). Sercomm devices certified met this requirement by showing conformance with the WInnForum SAS to CBSD Interface Specification (WINNF-TS-0016) through successful testing against the WInnForum CBSD Test Specification (WINNF-TS-0122) at a WInnForum CBRS Approved Test Lab. In addition to FCC certification, Sercomm devices are also part of the first batch of devices to receive OnGo Certification from the CBRS Alliance. Please refer to CBRS Alliance and Wireless Innovation Forum Celebrate First Generation of Certified Devices for more information.

Sercomm’s Part-96 compliant CBRS Product Portfolio is available for immediate trials and includes:
- Strand & Pole Mount CBRS Small Cells with DOCSIS & Fiber Backhaul
- Enterprise and Residential CBRS Small Cells
- Cat15/13 ODU, Industrial ODU, indoor IDU
- Dual band Mobile Hotspot, USB Dongle and Video bridge
- IoT Gateway with CBRS Backhaul
- Small Cell Management System
