Taipei, Taiwan, 7th January 2013 - Sercomm Corporation (TSE: 5388), a leading manufacturer of broadband and wireless networking equipments today announced consolidated net sales for December 2012 of NT$1.37 billion (US$47.05 million approximately), which represents a 3% year-over-year increase compared to NT$1.33 billion (US$45.76 million approximately) for the revenue of December 2011. Net sales for the 4th quarter of 2012 was NT$4.27 billion (US$146.88 million approximately), which represents a 10% increase compared to NT$3.89 billion (US$133.76 million approximately) for the revenue of 4Q'11.

Cumulatively, consolidated net sales for year 2012 was NT$19.27 billion (US$662.29 million approximately), which represents a 46% year-over-year increase compared to the revenue of NT$13.24 billion (US$455.04 million approximately) for year 2011.
