Retirement Plans (Applicable in Taiwan)
Old Pension System:
Applicable to employees who joined the company before 2005. The company has set aside retirement reserves in accordance with regulations. The account balance is sound and sufficient to meet future pension payments.
New Pension System:
The employer contributes 6% of the employee’s monthly salary to the employee’s individual pension account. Employees may also choose to make voluntary contributions ranging from 0% to 6%, based on personal preference.

Competitive and compliant compensation structures are also applied to overseas employees, with additional long- and short-term incentives provided where applicable to support long-term engagement and shared growth.

Leave and Attendance
-In addition to the leave entitlements stipulated by the Labor Standards Act, full-time employees are eligible for an enhanced annual leave policy after completing three months of service, which is more favorable than the statutory requirements.

-Employees are enrolled in labor insurance, health insurance, and other statutory social insurance programs in compliance with local regulations upon employment.
-Employees and their eligible dependents (spouses and children) are provided with comprehensive group insurance at no cost, including life, accident, medical, hospitalization, and cancer coverage.
-Enhanced group insurance coverage is provided for expatriate employees, with on-site insurance consultation and claims assistance available.
-The Company also provides business travel insurance covering accidents, medical care, and overseas travel to ensure employee safety and protection during business trips.
