Taipei, Taiwan, 31st October, 2025 - Sercomm Corporation (TWSE: 5388), a leading manufacturer of telecom and broadband equipment today announced financial results for the third quarter of year 2025.

Consolidated net sales for the third quarter of year 2025 were NT$14.7 billion, which represents a 9.6% year-over-year increase compared to NT$13.5 billion for 3Q 2024. Operating profit for 3Q’25 was NT$475.4 million, which represents a 32.3% year-over-year decrease over NT$701.5 million for the third quarter of year 2024. Net income attributable to owners of parent for 3Q’25 was NT$296.3 million, which represents a 45.8 % decrease compared to NT$546.1 million for the 3Q 2024.  Based on 295 million weighted average shares, EPS were reported as NT$1.00 for the third quarter of year 2025. 

On consolidated basis, net sales for the first three quarters of the year 2025 were reported as NT$38.3 billion, which represents a 11.6 % year-over-year decrease over NT$43.4 billion for the first three quarters of the year 2024.  Operating profit for the first three quarters of the year 2025 were NT$1,213.1 million, which represents a 45.7 % year-over-year decrease over NT$2,235.5 million for the first three quarters of the year 2024. Net income attributable to owners of parent for the first three quarters of the year 2025 were NT$935.2 million, which represents a 47 % decrease compared to NT$1,765.6 million for the same period of last year. Based on 297 million weighted average shares, earnings per share (EPS) for the first three quarters of the year 2025 were reported as NT$3.15.
