Sercomm Announces 2Q2026 Financial Results
Taipei, Taiwan, 11st August 2026 - Sercomm Corporation (TWSE: 5388), a leading provider of integrated networking and telecom solutions, today announced financial results for the second quarter of year 2026.
Consolidated net sales for the second quarter of year 2026 were NT$20.6 billion, which represents a 68.8% year-over-year increase compared to NT$12.2 billion for 2Q 2025. Operating profit for 2Q’26 was NT$677.6 million, which represents a 79.3 % year-over-year increase over NT$378.3 million for the second quarter of year 2025. Net income attributable to owners of parent for 2Q’26 was NT$473.2 million, which represents a 41.6 % increase compared to NT$334.3 million for the 2Q 2025. Based on 300 million weighted average shares, EPS were reported as NT$1.58 for the second quarter of year 2026.
On consolidated basis, net sales for the first half of year 2026 were reported as NT$37.3 billion, which represents a 58.1 % year-over-year increase over NT$23.6 billion for the first half of year 2025. Operating profit for the first half of year 2026 were NT$1,167.8 million, which represents a 58.3 % year-over-year increase over NT$737.7 million for the first half of year 2025. Net income attributable to owners of parent for the first half of year 2026 were NT$774.8 million, which represents a 21.3 % increase compared to NT$638.9 million for the same period of last year. Based on 300 million weighted average shares, earnings per share (EPS) for the first half of year 2026 were reported as NT$2.59.
